Try downloading appworld from appworld.com and try downloading one of the apps you were rying to before. It should help figure out it is an OS, device or market problem.

Tried several things to no avail. Had to do a factory reset. A problem with Pinball HD, but that's it. I can install apps again.

Have you tried going on to market.android.com and sending apps to your G-Slate? Pinball HD has problems regardless, but you may be install it that way. Or just try installing it third party or transferring the apk from your computer to the G-Slate and manually installing it.

I finished by being able to use it. It was just some weird bug that made it that I wasn't able to open the app without wifi, but it passed.

So guess what? Now I'm having major problems with the marketplace. Can't get it to update about 14 or so different apps. And I can't get it to install any new apps from the marketplace at all. It gets stuck on "waiting to update/install" and then acts like I never even did anything. Happens every time, no matter how many times I reload the page.

Anyone else having similar issues? Or know of any fixes?

Well, out of all the 101 things I tried, the only solution that worked for me was to do a factory reset of the tablet =s If anyone finds an alternative solution, please post it here in case that it happens to anyone else.

I did a factory reset. It automatically reinstalled all my apps when market place booted up minus a few, which is a problem because one of the apps was volume± which you can only get on applanet which was offline the last time I checked..

It'll naturally install all the market apps, but if you got your apps anywhere else, then you obviously have to go get them again. So if you bought it from another market, return to that site, login and install it again. Normally it registers your sales.

Was a fix ever found for the market issues? Its interesting, I'm on 3.1 now and sometimes when I click to install an app it jumps to the "my apps" page and starts to download and install. But sometimes it just sits there saying waiting to install instead of going to the my apps page. It then never downloads or installs it. So I go to settings>applications>manage applications>all apps> find the market and force stop and clear cache. This fixes it temporarily. Later I have to do it again. Any ideas on this?

Check out my post on this thread. Easiest way I found to get around that bug.
