When I click on the downloaded API my browser opens up with a page saying "you are not authorized to download this application."

Did you try installing the apk through a file manager?

Downloaded astro. Not sure how to download THROUGH it. When I click the link it downloads, I click on the downloaded message and it gives me the option and when I pick file manager it comes up as a text document and I can't find any options..

Try using Honeycomb File Manager and browse to the Downloads directory and install that way. Make sure your downloading the Tablet version.

I just tried again, only option is giving me is opening it in a file editor or HTML viewer. I think it is downloading as a .HTML file.

in the settings for astro select enable mobile downloads and try again

Still nada. Even renamed it to .apk and still nothing in either honeycomb or astro.

Maybe long press the download link and do “save link” or something similar

Nope, going to try the download through PC and email to self suggested in the troubleshoot.

Ya. It still downloaded as a .HTM, renamed it in file manager and it worked. About
t to I've it a try. Hope it was worth it.

Not bad. No custom colors and key sizes?

You can change the key layout to be bigger but I was bummed that there weren't more themes for the tablet version.

I had trouble too, G-Yoshi - but I think my issue was a bit different.

And yes, I do a lot of talking to myself there.

I do like the layout of the split keyboard. Very easy to type while holding the device.

Still not bad, nice press reaction and easy on the eyes. Had to turn prediction to manual though, the autocompletion was overdoing it. The swype to erase feature is pretty awesome though.

Hopefully a couple hours left. Get it while it's still available.
