At home, clear weather(Weather is a huge factor in Tampa). Also note, all cell coverage in my house is iffy anyways, my neighborhood was a forest 5 years ago.

Ping 230 d/l 0.10 mbps(doesnt seem that bad, but thats what i keep getting..) upl 1.45mbps

.10 mbps? On 4g? That's terrible. I was hitting 8mbps in Louisiana with 4g. Are you sure it wasn't on edge? Because that's about the speedtest results I get whenever I test the Edge network up here in the Panhandle.

Crappy connection right now.

Getting 10Mbs down and 5.73 up (Verizon Charge Tethering - LTE network) -- I have gotten 27Mbs down and 15Mbs up on this tether before.

Get about .8Mbs symmetrical on my crapphone 4 tethering.

Get 15.5Mbs down and 25Mbs up on office wifi -- but the lan speedtest really surprised me. Fairly fast at 122Mbs down and up -- and just so we are clear, I know the difference between Mbs and Kbps.... I took a screenshot of my browser just for giggles.
