You read here more about it, but not being able to do it, is a bootloader issue.

hi everyone i have a major issue with my rooted gslate.if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. i downloaded cw from the market and when it askes you for compatibility i accedently chose the option (lg optimus 3d) thinking it was for my gslate and now after i turned off the gslate and go to turn it back on its stuck on LG blackscreen and says
[HasValidKernelImage] Magic value mismatch:
[DetectOperatingSystems]kernel image is invalid !!!
Starting Fastboot USB download protocol

After, I did with Ubuntu to wipe paritions with nvflash (N = partition #, use table above to prefix):

./nvflash -r --format_partition N: (I'd this from 1 to 8(eight) :-( )

First off, why would you erase 1-8? The only partition that we know of working with this bootloader.bin, is /system [8]. You have probably completely rendered your pad useless. I'd suggest you join our IRC channel for help...

You can only fastboot it at this point to access it (G-Slate hardware design problem.)
Rom Manager doesn't work, (reboot recovery, backup, etc.)
Reboot Recovery option (Related to problem 2)

my G-Slate has been locked by either TMo or by my carelessness. Can i use CMR to factory restore? I really dont want to send my GSlate back to LG for a factory reset, their Tech Support has been horrible
